McIntosh - Great Eastern style apple with some tartness and a little sweet. Excellent for cider, sauce, eating.
Gala - Crisp and refreshingly sweet. Great for eating or baking.
Honeycrisp - Sweet and tangy with a breaking crisp. Thin skinned and full of flavor.
Crimson Crisp - Crisp and tart with a subtle sweetness. Great eating apple.
Ruben - Voted England's favorite apple, this is a sweet apple with a mild spicy undertone. Crisp and delicious.  Great to eat fresh or for baking.
Jonathan - Tart, but not too tart. Great for baking, cider, or eating fresh when just harvested.
Rosalee - Honeycrisp's little brother.  This apple shares a lot of the same attributes but has an additional floral note.
